Having been on my own personal journey as a psychotherapy client, I am very compassionate, empathetic, and patient when it comes to understanding others’ struggles and issues. Now ... many years later, as a Registered Psychotherapist, I am cognizant of various issues that are brought to the sessions. I not only give “textbook knowledge”, but “real-life” experiences as a client. Having many psychologists, psychotherapists, and counsellors in the past made me realize that it is my calling to pursue my true passion as a Psychotherapist to help other individuals deal and cope with the “problem areas” in their lives.
I previously graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Music Therapy (BMT) as well as from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) of the University of Toronto in 2021 with a Master of Education (MEd) in the counselling and psychotherapy field. I am now a clinic director working for Danny Seto. I assist with various administrative tasks such as handling student interns/practicum placements and registration for any courses/socials/lunch and learns. I am also a therapy associate offering my services to clients and I intend to employ a combination of music therapy and psychotherapy interventions.
I graduated from Guelph Humber with an advanced diploma, program of Multimedia Design and Development, also have my certification as a certified personal trainer/Nutritionist. I am currently working for Danny who provides assistance in administrative tasks such as tech and booking of appointments.

In addition to my current enrollment as a Master's student, my previous educational background in Psychology and Mental Health Interventions have provided me with a thorough understanding of working with different theories, modalities, and techniques in conjunction with cultural competence. I am currently working toward becoming a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I attend to the diverse and unique needs of individuals through empathy, attentiveness, and non-judgement.”
Christopher will begin his practicum placement beginning September, 2022. He will be available for in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. as well as virtual therapy from Mondays to Saturdays. Christopher will be offering affordable therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I am a fourth-year undergraduate student at the University of Guelph. I am currently volunteering at Danny’s clinic to gain some indirect counselling-related experience for my master’s degree in Counselling Psychotherapy. My goals in the future are to become a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO).
In addition to volunteering at Danny’s clinic, I also volunteer for another psychotherapists’ private practice where I am responsible for creating intake forms, consent forms, and designing websites. While I am home from school for the summer, I also work full- time as a gymnastics coach where I train athletes ages 3 to 18 years old.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist who has been in the field since 2013, and have been practicing psychotherapy since 2017. I have been fortunate to work in a variety of clinical settings, including residential group homes with at risk youth, children’s mental health centres,
schools, and private practice clinics in the GTA. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
I have engaged in both individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy and parental support. Currently, I work with adults 18+ utilizing a trauma focused lens and holistic approach, centering around the mind-body connection. Aside from working with clients, I offer clinical supervision to RP’s and RP (Q)’s. Part of what I love about therapy is that we have the opportunity to connect with so many people and make a difference in their lives. I believe every conversation and interaction allows us to grow, develop an awareness in ourselves and encourages us to be a better version of who we aspire to be. Supervision offers the same benefits.

We deal with a variety of issues, which includes all age groups, depending on the therapist we do offer only online therapy only, currently Juanna does offer that, But Danny offers both virtual and in person.
